- PSCEU Helpdesk based in Cardiff, Wales – local number for your country
- Multilingual Helpdesk covering: English, Spanish, French, German, Polish, Italian, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Portuguese languages, other languages supported in English
- Helpdesk hours: 09:00 – 18:00 CET
