Panasonic has released further specifications on the PT-RZ21K at InfoComm 2017, a filter-less laser light source successor to Europe’s best selling high-brightness projector.
Top Swiss ice hockey club SCL Tigers have put the freeze on disruption at matches thanks to the installation of a new Panasonic security camera system.
The club has chosen the company’s 4K dome camera, the WV-SFV781L, to monitor spectator stands at the ILFISHALLE stadium in Langnau. With 6x optical zoom and true 4K, the club is able to monitor the entire length of each stand using just two cameras.
Panasonic will highlight its connected solutions for live events at Prolight + Sound in Frankfurt (4-7 April), showcasing a number of collaborations with live event specialists.
Panasonic is partnering with specialists d3 Technologies, BlackTrax and Painting with Light to create a live stage performance, incorporating the company’s latest high brightness laser projector, as an example of how projection mapping can be used to create showstopping events. Among the technology on show will be the 20,000 lumens PT-RZ21K, which is set for release in autumn 2017.
Panasonic customers are set to benefit from improved support to their professional display equipment, thanks to the launch of a new advanced swap warranty.
Working in partnership with its authorised service partner, Panasonic will be upgrading the warranty offered with the company’s full range of professional displays, from a return to base to an advanced swap service.
